I partnered with the HR team on a social campaign to showcase Equativ’s #1 ranking in the annual ‘Happy at Work’ survey. The campaign featured a series of region-specific infographics, breakout stat social posts, instagram story frames and employee quote social templates, all designed to highlight the positive employee experience. To bring a playful and fresh energy to the campaign, I incorporated our internal brand style with illustrations to highlight the positive work culture. This project celebrated our employees and their role in making the company a great place to work.
